New patient exam without blood work

What’s included:

90 minute exam + 60 minute follow up appoint and treatment

What the exam covers:

Intake and history of chief complaint, orthostatic vitals, functional neurological evaluation, diagnostic testing, neuromuscular evaluation

What the follow up appointment covers:

Exam findings, recommended treatment plan, 1st treatment

Pre-payment required:

$100

We are a fee for service office. This means that no form of insurance is accepted. We do not offer in-house financing options.

We accept payment via cash, credit card, HSA/FSA, and Care Credit.

What the follow up appointment covers:

Exam findings, lab findings, recommended treatment plan, 1st treatment

Pre-payment required:

$250

What to expect:

All visits are paid at time of service or in advance if you so choose.

Appointments are made for either 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

30 minute rate: $125

60 minute rate: $250

Cancellation policy:

If your exam is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment for any reason you will not be eligible for the pre-payment refund. In order to reschedule the new appointment must be pre-paid again with the balance due at time of service.
